Web Design
Messaging-led websites for established UK service firms whose website doesn't reflect the quality of their work. Digital Geek works out who the firm wants to reach, what matters to them and why they should choose the firm, then writes, designs and builds the website around that message.
There are three starting points. Firms choose the one that fits their situation; they are not stages that must be taken in order.
Clarity Snapshot (free)
A personal video review of an existing website across three lenses: clarity, trust and conversion.
Includes concise written notes and the one change worth making first.
Usually returned within 1–2 business days. No obligation.
Clarity Session (£795, fixed price)
A focused strategy session of around 60 minutes with Shaun, working through the eight questions of the Clarity Map™.
Followed by a Clarity Brief, delivered within three days: the completed Clarity Map™, an ideal client definition, a positioning statement and a messaging blueprint for every key page.
Does not include writing the website copy.
Backed by the Clarity Guarantee: a clearer understanding of positioning and messaging, or a full refund.
If the firm later goes ahead with a Website Project, the £795 is deducted from the project price.
Website Project (from £3,000)
A complete website: a full Clarity Session, positioning and messaging, website copy, conversion-focused page structure, custom design and build, and launch support.
Includes technical SEO foundations, hosting, SSL and analytics set up for launch.
Priced on the agreed scope, with a fixed quote before work begins.
Typically 2–6 weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on scope and complexity.
Who Web Design is for
Established UK service firms, including consultancies, MSPs and specialist agencies, and solicitors, accountants and financial advisers, where Digital Geek's experience runs deepest.
A good fit: firms already trusted for the quality of their work whose website doesn't show it, that want enquiries from the right clients rather than just more of them, and want positioning, copy, design and build handled by one accountable partner.
Not a fit: cheap, off-the-shelf or template websites; e-commerce stores or product-led SaaS websites; broad creative-agency work such as logos, print or social media management.
Cold Email Outreach
Messaging-led B2B cold email for established B2B service firms. Digital Geek builds the messaging around what makes the firm worth choosing, researches prospects, writes the emails, runs the sending, handles replies and books qualified meetings into the client's calendar.
The client approves every prospect list and the email copy before anything is sent. Emails go out in the client's business name from dedicated sending domains and inboxes, never from the client's main email address.
How it starts
A free fit review: an honest look at the firm's offer, target audience and client value, and whether cold email makes sense, even if the answer is no.
First emails typically go out within three weeks, once the new inboxes are warmed up.
Pricing
£500 a month infrastructure fee, covering domains, inboxes, sending tools, prospect data and email verification.
Plus a fee per qualified meeting, from £100. The fee is set before the campaign starts, based on typical deal size and how hard the prospects are to reach, and invoiced weekly for qualified bookings only.
No charge for emails sent, replies received or names on a list.
An initial three-month engagement, paid monthly, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
A qualified meeting is a prospect who fits the agreed targeting criteria, holds a relevant decision-making role and has explicitly agreed to discuss the client's service. If a prospect doesn't show, Digital Geek works to reschedule at no extra charge or credits the meeting fee.
If the engagement ends, the domains and inboxes set up for the client can be transferred to them.
Who Cold Email Outreach is for
Established B2B service businesses, such as consultancies, MSPs, specialist agencies and commercial services firms, with a proven offer and room to grow.
A good fit: a proven service and capacity for new clients; someone who can take meetings, follow up and close; a client worth £2,500+ upfront or £10,000+ over time.
Not a fit: an unproven offer or a business already at capacity; firms that need someone to run their sales process; low client value with little margin or repeat business; anyone wanting volume without qualification or guaranteed sales.
What Digital Geek is not
Not a large agency. Digital Geek is small by design: clients work directly with Shaun, who works with a network of specialists.
Not a website builder, template service or software product. Both services are done for the client.
Not a list seller or volume lead-generation service. Cold email campaigns are built around agreed targeting and qualified meetings.
Additional services
On request, Digital Geek also offers SEO and AI search, paid advertising and email marketing, built on the same positioning and messaging foundation.
